What we do with your information.
We collect only what we need to invoice you, order your goods and deliver them.

What we collect, and why
- Your name, email address and phone number, to invoice you, send you your invoices and order updates, and contact you about your order.
- Your delivery address, only if you choose delivery, to have the goods delivered.
- The note you write to us, if any, and your proof of payment, to deal with your order.
- Records of the order and the invoices, which the law requires us to keep.
Who we share it with
To order and deliver the goods we pass your name, phone number and delivery address to our supplier and to the courier. Our email service sends our emails to you, and our hosting provider stores the website's records; they process it for us only, and their servers may be outside South Africa. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records for as long as the law requires, and cancelled or unpaid orders only as long as needed to deal with them.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where the law allows. Write to meg.booyens@workoutzone.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator.
